I will work on developing more pitchers, and not rely on one or two guys to carry the team. I will work kids who are not as skilled into the infield sometimes to give them the chance to make plays. I will nod when parents complain and tell them I will look into whatever ridiculous thing they are asking me (Hey, it works with my mom). Here are some of mine.
