We had evaluations for our fall season tonight, very crowded, very busy, lots of fun! To keep it moving this is how we do it:
1. Line up on the 3rd base line in preassigned numeric order
2. Field 3 grounders at 3rd base, throw to 1st
3. Go field 1st to the next player throwing 3 grounders
4. Line up in outfield
5. Three fly balls. One center, one right, one left
6. Line back up on the 3rd base line
7. 5 good pitches/swings
8. Run to 1st and out the dugout home
This is a very efficient way to get your tryouts completed quickly.
